Settlement documents
Affmid Ltd issues VAT-exempt invoices in accordance with the UK Value Added Tax Act 1994 (the company is currently below the £85,000 VAT registration threshold). Each invoice contains the full company name, Companies House registration number, registered office address, customer details, and itemised charges. Invoices are sent electronically to the e-mail address provided by the customer at registration, no later than the date payment is received. Receipts for crypto-payments are issued automatically by the payment processor and stored in the customer's billing history within the Affmid panel.
